Not at all. Many clients book because things feel overwhelming. Please be aware that the level of tidying or dishes may affect how much cleaning can be completed during the session. Additional time can be arranged if needed.
Our Space Stewards focus on the areas that matter most to you. This usually includes kitchens, bathrooms, dusting and refreshing everyday spaces. Every home is different, so we personalise each session based on your priorities and the starting condition of your home.
Yes. Our Space Stewards use gentle, non-toxic cleaning products that are safer for you, your family, pets and the wider environment. Many household products contain chemicals that can disrupt indoor quality, irritate skin and lungs or contribute to hidden long-term health exposures.
Your home is where your body rests, repairs and recharges, so reducing unnecessary chemicals in this environment can be an important part of overall wellbeing. Using natural products also supports cleaner indoor air, calmer breathing spaces and a healthier microbiome within the home, especially important for children and sensitive individuals.
We also choose eco-friendly products to reduce the impact on waterways and wildlife. Every product we use has been selected with care, balancing effectiveness with our responsibility to protect your home, your wellbeing and the environment we all share.

This really depends on the size of your home, the areas you'd like us to focus on and the starting point of the space. Every home is unique and we tailor each session to your priorities and expectations.
We offer bookings from two hours up to full-day sessions and length will be discussed at the time of booking so we can plan the right level of support for your home.
For first-time visits, it's very normal for a session to take a little longer, simply because our Space Stewards may be working through natural build-up, accumulated dust or a room that needs more detailed attention before regular maintenance becomes quicker and easier.
If there is extra tidying, dishes or clutter to work around, this may also influence how much can be completed within the booked session. We'll always do our best to support your goals in a calm, respectful and thorough way and if additional time is needed, we can discuss this with you during the session.

Yes, absolutely. We understand that student life can be busy and shared spaces can sometimes feel overwhelming. Whether you're in a university hall, student accommodation or a shared house, you're welcome to book cleaning or a space reset for a single room or common areas.
Our Space Stewards and Home Harmony Guides approach every booking with care, respect and sensitivity. We are happy to tailor the session to your needs, whether that's keeping on top of things during study periods, preparing for visitors or getting ready for end-of-term handovers.
Everyone deserves a calm and healthy space to rest, recharge and feel at home, especially during stressful times like exams or moving.
Yes, of course. Many of our clients choose to be home and others prefer to take some time out while we refresh the space. Whatever feels most comfortable for you is absolutely fine.
Our Space Stewards work with a calm, respectful approach and are very mindful of personal space, children, pets and daily routines. If you're working from home, resting or simply enjoying a quiet moment, we'll do our best to keep things peaceful and unobstructive.
For some clients, having the home cleaned while they're present becomes a lovely moment of self-care and relief - knowing that things are being taken care of while they relax or focus on something else.

If plans change, please let us know as soon as possible. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged at the standard hourly rate, as the time is reserved especially for you.
